Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

1.1. Stocked products will only be considered for return within 28 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all parts and instructions. The Company reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the total order value.

1.2. Non-stocked products are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

1.3. Any damaged, misdelivered, or incorrect items must be reported to the Company within 48 hours of delivery. Once installed, products cannot be refunded.

1.4. If a fault appears within 12 months of purchase under normal use and is confirmed by the supplier, the Company will provide a replacement item. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of inspection and approval. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

1.5. Care instructions for products are provided inside the packaging of each item. The Customer is responsible for reading and adhering to these instructions. The Company shall not be liable for any damage or deterioration resulting from the Customer’s failure to follow the provided care instructions. Additional copies of care instructions may be obtained from the manufacturer’s website or by contacting the Company directly.

1.6 While the Company provides detailed guidance and recommendations regarding the products it supplies; it cannot be held responsible for the suitability of the goods for specific installations. This is because complete installation requirements cannot be fully assessed at the time of sale. It is the responsibility of the Buyer and/or their installer to confirm that all purchased items and fittings are appropriate for the intended use and installation.
