• Home Delivery: Have your kitchen products delivered directly to your chosen address. Delivery charges and times may vary depending on the items and your location.

• Click & Collect: Prefer to collect your order? You can choose to collect from your nearest MP Moran showroom or branch at a time that suits you.

Our team will confirm all delivery or collection details with you after your order is placed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. MP Moran showroom currently delivers only within the UK, including Northern Ireland. We are unable to process or fulfil orders outside of the UK or the Channel Islands.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay securely via PayPal. For trade customers with an account, payment on account is available subject to terms

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach our customer service team via phone or email with your order details and a description of the issue. Where possible, please include photos to help us understand the problem.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include arranging a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, and items should be unused and in their original packaging.

For general returns (if you change your mind), please contact us within 14 days to discuss your options. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
