We provide expert product advice, specification support, and—where possible—price matching on like-for-like quotes. Our team can help with measuring guides, fixing kits, and compatibility (valves, wastes, pressures, traps). Selected branches offer project planning with 2D/3D layouts. We also arrange Click & Collect, local delivery, and Special Orders for items not stocked in branch.

We can help you build a bespoke specification using modular and made-to-order ranges, including custom sizes/finishes where available from the manufacturer. For full design packages, we’ll support in-branch (where offered) or introduce you to a bathroom or kitchen designer who can produce plans and visuals. Absolutely. Our showrooms are a great place to review product quality, compare finishes, and finalise selections together. We can prepare a shortlist in advance and reserve a consultation area if you let us know when you’re coming. For trade accounts, we can also prepare project quotes grouped by room or phase. Walk-ins are welcome, but booking is recommended for larger projects or if you need a designer consultation/measure review.
